NEW REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
This is confirmation that you have been registered with the Wellington Practice following your recent application. Welcome.  You will automatically be given authority to online access for general needs such as online bookable appointments and repeat prescription requests. We no longer print out all this information when you collect a paper registration pack to save on paper, energy and CO2 emissions.

Patients wishing to have a National Data Opt Out (NDOO) applied to their data will need to request this via the ‘Your Data Matters’ site or by making a phone call to the number supplied.  The National Data Opt Out will still allow patients personal confidential and special category data to be gathered from their GP surgery by NHS digital but will be excluded from planning or research activities.

CPCS Message (Community Pharmacy Consultation Service)
This new service is designed to direct you to the most appropriate service launched.  Our reception team will ask you the nature of the call and signpost to the most appropriate service or person that can help you.  All relevant minor illnesses such as insect bites, minor rashes, hayfever, colds, and acne/minor skin conditions will be referred to the community pharmacy in line with our practice policy and we will confirm this if you call us to arrange an appointment.  Please see our news article.  GP Practices will not see dental issues or dental infections / gum disease as it is more appropriate to be seen by the dentist.  Also the practice is not indemnified to offer dental services.

MEDICATION REVIEW
If you have 5 or more regular (repeat order) medications, we may invite you to an early medication review with our Clinical Pharmacist (Sarah)
