Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication and the doctor has authorised for you to have a repeat prescription, you can request one (allowing for 2 working days for collection) in the following ways 

  • Bring your repeat prescription slip to the surgery.
  • Online via the link at the top of this page
  • Email your prescription request to:
  • Ask you pharmacist to request your repeat prescription on your behalf

We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.  

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a Doctor, Pharmacist or Nurse Practitioner at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
