Violent or abusive behaviour

At Wellington Practice we operate a Zero Tolerance policy for any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour towards any of our Staff, Doctors or patients. If a patient is abusive, uses foul language or becomes threatening and or violent a warning letter will be issued by the practice. If the incident is serious, it will be reported to the Police. If the behaviour persists, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our registered list.
