On Tuesday, 26 November the Aldershot Urgent Care Centre service will be ending after a 12-month pilot period. After that date, if you do need to be seen urgently but it’s not an emergency, you will still be able to access urgent care services. Please contact us in the normal way during our opening hours and let us know what the problem is and we can support you to get the care you need.

You can also contact NHS111, by going to https://111.nhs.uk/ online or by dialing 111 on your phone. This service is for both physical and mental health, and all ages. If you have an injury which you need to see someone about, you can also continue to visit the minor injury unit in Bracknell.   Appointments can be booked via NHS111 and you can also walk-in. The minor injury unit may be more appropriate for your needs and could involve a shorter wait than you may experience elsewhere.

The new Urgent Treatment Centre will open at Frimley Park Hospital, in the space previously occupied by the fracture clinic, next to the Accident and Emergency department.  This new service will be accessible by appointment only via NHS111 and by referral from A&E.  Parents and carers can also find advice relating to support for children, young people and on https://frimley-healthiertogether.nhs.uk/. Frimley Healthier Together was developed by clinicians working with parents and offers support with a wide range of common childhood health conditions. It uses a ‘traffic light’ system to advise what action to take in different situations. NHS111 and the minor injury unit are also available for children and young people.
